1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging the services of Advantage Mold ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Advantage Mold provides mold inspection, testing, assessment, and remediation services in the greater Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania area. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or work order signed prior to any work being performed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and scope of work.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

By scheduling an appointment with Advantage Mold, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate information about your property and the nature of the mold concern.
  • You will ensure reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
  • Advantage Mold reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, technician availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Estimates & Quotes

Any estimates or quotes provided by Advantage Mold are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work discovered during inspection. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, check, credit card].
  • Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • In the event of non-payment, Advantage Mold reserves the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels, and the Client shall be responsible for all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While Advantage Mold employs industry-standard techniques and certified professionals, we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of mold in all cases. Mold remediation outcomes depend on factors including but not limited to the extent of contamination, structural conditions of the property, and the Client's adherence to post-remediation recommendations.

Our inspections and reports reflect conditions at the time of the visit only. New mold growth may occur after remediation if the underlying moisture source is not addressed.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your property and any known mold issues.
  • Disclose any prior mold remediation efforts or relevant property history.
  • Address and correct any moisture intrusion, leaks, or water damage that may contribute to mold growth, as directed by our technicians.
  • Follow all post-remediation care instructions provided by Advantage Mold.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advantage Mold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, or property damage arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Advantage Mold for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advantage Mold, its owners, employees, subcontractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. SMS & Email Communications

By submitting your contact information through our website or any form, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and emails from Advantage Mold regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and from emails by clicking Unsubscribe in any email. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and reports — is the property of Advantage Mold and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.
